“Be With You"
The main purpose of this project is to help people with disabilities build an online mutual assistance platform. Optimize the service process for foreign persons with disabilities to take the train after arriving in the UK for the first time, and finally produce an App product serving the disabled community to help such people have a better riding experience and improve the work of train station staff efficient.
JORRO Company - Automotive Charging Pile Process - Service Optimization Project

This project cooperates with JORRO, a well-known electric vehicle charging pile installation service provider in Scotland, to provide service innovations for the electric vehicle charging process
Preliminary research: use user interviews, shadow tracking and other methods to find out the needs and pain points in the user's usage scenarios, find out the service opportunities and output strategic plans;
Service optimization: Build a prototype of the electric car community platform in Scotland and conduct user tests, sort out and produce a blueprint for the process, and complete the report and display of the specific plan.
Service Process Design for Food Delivery During Covid-19
Around the epidemic period, the demand for food delivery services increase rapidly. This project is mainly aimed at the service optimization project of Meituan food delivery during the epidemic, and we will through background research and competitive analysis to compare with other competitors.
